This form is used to request the deletion of your Collectors Card account and its associated data. You do not need to log in or have the app installed to use it — if you've already uninstalled the app, you can still submit a request here.

What gets deleted, and when

Your account data is not erased the instant you submit this form. When we verify and process your request:

• Held for 30 days, then permanently deleted: your account information and your rewards points balance are retained for 30 days after your request is processed, then permanently removed.

• Deleted: personal information we hold about you — such as your name, email address, postal address, phone number, and date of birth.

• Retained where the law requires it: some information may be kept longer to meet legal, financial, tax, fraud-prevention, and anti-money-laundering obligations, or to complete transactions already in progress. We keep this only as long as reasonably necessary or as required by law.
